Dallas to Tulsa?

Hi all, I am booking a flight from LAX to TUL for next year. I noticed there is a stop over in Dallas, and then onto Tulsa.

I am just wondering if is possible to catch a train from Dallas to Tulsa. Or would people reccommend just catching a flight?

As far as I know, there is not a train option to Tulsa. Some trains run through Oklahoma City, but at that point, you would have to take a bus to Tulsa. The entire trip from Dallas to Tulsa would take about 12 hours. You could hitchhike it in less time. In any case, I would stick with the flight from Dallas to Tulsa. Tulsa is a fairly small city, so it%26#39;s virtually impossible to get direct flights in and out of there, from anywhere except Dallas, Houston, Denver, Chicago and other, larger cities in the Midwest/Southwest. There are a few exceptions to that rule, but coming from LAX, you can pretty much expect to have to stop somewhere, in order to get to Tulsa, no matter which airline you take.

Okay thanks for the information. I realised the trip may have taken a few hours but didn%26#39;t think it would take that long.

Think I%26#39;ll easily choose the flight option now!
