CFC CHOCOLATIER is not a place you want to go. Tw went there one evening during a regular Brady Arts District event. As we entered the store a salesperson looked at us and walked into the back room with out a word. We waited to make a purchase for 20 minutes but no one came to assist us (we did hear a few voices from the backroom). We left and emailed the owner who sent two snide replies saying everyone knows him and what he is like. He made it know in no uncertain terms that he is too self important and self absorebed to be bothered with customers.We will be taking out business to other locally owned shops.
Bad customer relations
Wow, must have been the machine gun you were carrying. That is an amazing story. Thanks for cluing us in.
